Refund for a Dead Game: BattleBorn
Prior to this post, I didn't know that the refund system on steam existed. I have less than 2 hours on BattleBorn (69 minutes) but have bought the game since 2016. I'd like a refund since I spent $60 dollars on a game that was so disappointing.

You need to have less than 2 hours played AND purchased in the past 14 days. Your money has long ago been sent to the publisher, never to return.

Ignorance of the refund guidelines is not a valid excuse for a special exemption.
