Friends List Not Working/How to Exit Invisible Mode?

Hello. Two weeks ago I had started a vacation and now I am back to see that my friends list won't pop up. I keep trying to click the "Friends & Chat" button but nothing pops up. I decided to go to the Friends section at the top of Steam and noticed that I was "Invisible". I clicked "Online" but nothing happened. It appears I cannot get off Invisible mode. The only way I can access my friends list is on mobile right now. I have tried restarting Steam as well, but that does not help. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm not good with computers.
