How can I download mods without having the game installed?
Hey guys, long story short, I accidentally deleted a game with its mods, they're huge files and my internet is not the best so I have my friend downloading the game (Ark survival evolved) on his PC because he has a better internet connection than me. It will take 3 days which is fine.
What i want to know is this: Can I download Mods and Maps from my PC without having the base game installed? That way I can download some mods whilst my friend is downloading the base game.

Your friend could downloads the mods for you as well.

Yep I know but I was just wanting to save some time by downloading some mods
