Don't rip out your keys in rage next time.
If there's a metal pin, it needs to be fitted into the keycap first. then you put back into it's place slowly. If you have anymore things you want to say or followup questions, please go to the corsair forums. And no, you can't get replacement for the k55, since it's a cheaper series. ( not mechanical either.. just RGB )
You could still contact corsair support if there's no official way to replace them. Or visit their forums.
