can i get a refund after 2 weeks?
If i didnt even play the game, or played it for less than 2 hours, can i get a refund?

no. If it's been 2 weeks or more after you've bought it you can't refund it. But why would you buy a game, but not play it for 2 weeks? That makes peeeeeeerfect sense...

i wasnt really aware that there is a refund.

when it benefitd the publishers, Steam will grant us a million button to buy the game,
But when its about our rights and getting our money back, you never really hear about a refund except from the people and community!

whats the problem with returning the game if i didnt like it? if it wasnt what o thought it is? if it was difficult and kind of unplayable? if my computer couldnt run it?

It's always been in Steam's rules and terms of services.... Not their fault you decide not to read it.

No digital retailer will grant refunds after a year.

They give you 2 hours or 2 weeks/under 2 hours to test it. If your PC can't run it then get a better PC. Not their problem. They don't support people with bad computers.

It has not. The refund system we have now was added in 2015.

Rules are everywhere. Get used to them. Without rules the world would be in complete chaos. How old are you? Clearly not old enough to understand everything has rules...
