How to hide anime and porn?

I can't figure out a way to do this. I want to see "sexual content" because games like Witcher 3 has that. And I can't filter anime because the store page still shows me anime but with a notice that I have blocked such games. I am at a loss here.
Ok I somehow got into preferences and blocked porn(Adult Only Sexual Content, nice euphemism here)

Still, how do I hide anime?

Exclude tags such as Anime / Hentai and what not.

The Steam content filter is ludicrous. Duh, the idea here is to filter things out that you don't want to see - not to see them anyway with a line through them. Why bother? I see anime with sexual content in my list even though I have both the anime tag and the preference checked. Ridiculous.
