Reported the guy who hijacked my account yet hes stil not been delt with?

Iv reported the profile that hijacked my login details and teied to steal my inventory!
Yet almost 3 days later hes still fine no ban no nothing .
Even after sending photos of his threats to support ?
Is this it ?
Crime on steam being tolerated ?
I reported him the right way hoping something would happen ?

Nothings hapned ????

Gosh

I was lucky and managed to self lock my account and change all my details in time but what about the people that fall pret to this type of profiles .

He probably has more then 1 of these profiles where hes robbing people .

I just wanto atleast feel good about getting the one profile away the one i can identify

Im not allowed to name and shame my warning to the community was removed cause i posted his actual profile .

But how else do i make everyones aware of who he is and get rid of this criminal by reporting him .

My 1 report and almost loosing my entire inventory isnt enough !

If i had it my way id lovate him via his steam profile link ot to his bank details find out who he is and open a criminal case against him !

Wait. Reports are beint acted upon by humans. Said actimg includes investigations and those take time. One report os enough assumimg theres proof.

And before you remark, screenshots dont prove anything. I could whip up a screenshot of you trying to scam me, would that be proof? No, because screenshots dont prove anything.

You don't have any insight into what's going on behind the scenes. For all we know, they used someone else's account to get your account. I'm not sure why you think every issue automatically results in an account getting disabled. You should do your job of reporting them, and let support do their job of investigating.

Fair I understand that in the case of people being funny by doing something like that but in this case its real its what hapned pardon me for feeling violated and even more so for feeling helpless i got away but what about the rest of the people .

Your reply implies that you havent understood a single word of what Matt just said. While the general idea of feeling powerless is understandable, thats not an excuse to ignore what people are saying.

I totally understand and know where your coming from and i have most certainly learned from my mistake . And il do what i can do prevent it from happening again to me ! My concern isnt so much me anymore like i say i got away i was lucky and dumb but it happnd so easy👍🏻 but its not cool knowing where it had hapned from and when i go there i see more people falling prey every minute .

You were told, by a moderator I might add (and me), about the state of affairs. I get ir, you dont like the answer. That doesnt make the community arrogant though. Tue community is stating facts. If you dont like facts, thats not the community thats wrong, its you whos wrong.

Speaking of wrong, youre not telling the trith right now. Nobody "get rekt" by clicking a link. Downloading & installing malware or "logging into" phishing sites, thats how people "get rekt", not hy clickimg links.

Anyway, telling you that you screwed up when you in fact screwed up isnt arrogant, thats helpful. If you understand that youve made a mistake, you can avoid said mistake in future.

Speaking of mistakes, that wont happen to me. I dont install malware nor gift my account to phishers. While i never had the "chance" to learn from my own mistakes, both malware and phishing are known for decades. Ive learned from others mistakes.

Reading means paying attention to what is said and understanding it not just seeing the color of the name saying it. Your response after being told you had done what you can and theres nothing else for you to do was to ask if you could send the person telling you things to do more.

Understand and accept the reality your involvement is over and done. Walk away and move on with your life but remember not to make the same mistake next time.

Quite ironic. You complain about beimg seen as a bot, yet you behave like one. Replies #1 and #2 addressed your OP, yet your reply #3 entirely ignored them both. Ignorimg whats being said amd simply playimg the same record is a bot-like thing to do. We all get judged by our deeds. If you do bot deeds, well, what do you expect?
By the way, youve also ignored large parts from #12 as well. All you see is "Dude doesnt agree with me" ignoring the reasoning behind this. Youre the one wasting your time, not me.
