How to sync PC and Xbox One profile

So I've gotten Forza Horizon 4 Play Anywhere. Problem is, my PC signs me in as some stupid random profile instead of the one I have on Xbox One, and I have no idea how to sign in as the correct one. I try to sign out, but it doesn't give me the option to change the email associated with the account so that I can sign in with the appropriate account. It forces me to sign in with my Outlook email as opposed to my Gmail email, which uses my Xbox One profile and data. Any ideas?

Settings->Accounts. In future, better avoid having multiple accounts with one service (in this case, MS ID).

Yeah, I figured as much. To be honest, I never planned to create a 2nd profile. It automatically created one for me because I was signed in with my Outlook email as opposed to the account connected to my Xbox One email.
