How to remove custom theme?

I have used some program to download and install theme on Steam.
How can I remove it, without uninstalling steam.

What is the program?

Is it a custom skin?

The settings tab at top of screen then account settings I think, not sure but it's a Steam Skin so change whatever the skin is called to Default and it will be back to normal

Yes this is what I meant but I was at work so couldn't check the correct wordings
