Mass Effect 2 Cerberus Network dlc
I bought the deluxe edition way back when and have installed all three dlc that come with it. To my knowledge, the Cerberus network dlc gives you access to other dlc that you can download, such as the Normandy crash site and Zaeed's storyline. Where do I find these dlc to download? The Bioware site is defunct so I can't go there to download anything.

I have. I've owned the game for about a year and didn't realize that's how the cerberus network dlc worked

Cerberus Network is not a DLC. It is just the online network to do stuff like linking the game with the android game (Mass Effect Infiltrator) and to downlaod online content such as the DLC. It is not required to play the DLC nor to downlaod it. Sicne the Cerberus Network is now down as Mass Effect 2 is really old. you now need to find the DLC elsewhere to downlaod or find a person that still has them as copy.

This is totally legal as the DLC has to be added to your account to be playable. Downloading or copy them from somebody else just provides the core Data but will not allow you to play the DLC if you not already own them.

Gotcha. do you have any idea where I could download them?

I highly recommend to backup those DLC's. They are single files no folders. I did that once I downloaded them years ago for the first time.
