How's the Steam controller for games like Europa Universalis 4?

Steam's recent article on different kinds of controllers was interesting. I'm wondering if anyone has experience using the Steam controller for slower-paced games like EU4. I enjoy sitting back with a controller in hand so it would be optimal.

i have no idea, if your thinking of buying a game like that i suggest getting a game thats actually profitable like csgo, but if you really wanna get that game then i have no idea . btw most controllers worrk on csgo
