no

Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change passwords from a clean computer
Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App

if you logged in and gave them the mobile app code, they can steal the account. best to be safe.

Revoking your web API key, generating new backup codes and scanning for malware are all guidelines that i'd recommend.

:yinyangflip:
Did System Recovery (back to 21th September), scanned System (found and removed 1 "potentially unwanted" registry key), changed Password again, printed backup codes.

And since nothing happened (as far as i know account stealing happens within a few seconds) i think i should be safe now.
