No _commonredist folder for Rocket League
I re-installed rocket league to play w my friend and I couldn't start it up. After some digging I found that a lot of the problems were fixed with a _commonredit folder, so, I checked my local files but couldn't find any folder like that in my files what do I do?

The _commonredist folder is where the installers for dependencies such as DirectX and Microsoft Visual are stored. It is not required for the game to work.

You do however need those dependencies installed, so make sure you have all dependencies the game requires installed.

<steam>/steamapps\common\rocketleague\_CommonRedist

If its not there then your intall is corrupted and you should do a reverify of the game data

It says all files are validated but I check the folder and still no _commonredist.

I tried getting the _commonRedist folder from PUBG and putting it into Rocket league idk If that does anything

If you install all the components from the folder and the game works, then you should be able to play the game but even if not, then a component may still be missing.

One thing you may have to look for however is PhysX 9.14.072.
