Deluxe is essentially the game + Season Pass.

Did you buy the deluxe edition and got both season pass 1 AND 2?
I see the Deluxe Edition is gone from steam store and there's now a Rematch and Ultimate edition. Meanwhile there's a deluxe edition on the Humble Store for -75% and I'm wondering if that includes both the season passes. Can you confirm? Thanks a lot!

Deluxe Edition is not all DLC. Deluxe just has the base game and Season 1 Pass (which includes Noctis, Geese and Tekken Bowl. It does not come with Eliza (pre-order bonus)).

Ultimate Edition does have all the current DLC (Season 1 Pass, Season 2 Pass and Eliza).

Rematch Edition is just the Base Game with Season Pass 2 (No Eliza or Geese, Noctis or Tekken Bowl).

Man, the marketing for this game is a mess XD. Just to clarify, currently only Anna and Lei are released for Season 2 Pass, there are 4 other characters to come (including Negan from the walking dead). Hope this helps!

Currently optimal deal is Tekken Deluxe with Geese and Noctis at Humble bundle store.
It costs around 18 euro.
Well in fact it is more than optimal deal. It is only right deal.
Tekken 7 standard edition on shady cd-key sites costs more and humble bundle offers you deluxe + you support charity.

Thank you for the clarification. I still don't know if it's worth to buy the deluxe edition for that price and then getting Eliza and season pass 2 later. I'm just a casual at fighting games but I hate missing some content in a game.

Well, for perspective, I bought the base game by itself last year just after release for double the price that the deluxe version is now on Humble Bundle. The intention was to wait and see what actually was in the season pass and also for it to be cheaper. What I didn't expect was another Season Pass XD.

Personally, I think the Deluxe Edition on Humble Bundle at that price is well worth it. You don't really need Season Pass 2 unless you really want to play Anna or Lei. If I was in your situation I would get the deluxe and wait and see what the other characters are. One thing I've learnt is that patience is rewarded. If you wait for Season 2 Pass to have all its content revealed it'll be cheaper then.

However, if you don't really overly want Tekken 7 you could just wait and maybe the Ultimate Edition with everything will be discounted a bit next year. Just, note, it took The Deluxe Edition 16 months from its release to get such a steep discount. If it takes the Ultimate Edition as long it'll be around March 2020 for the Ultimate Edition to reach 75% off, there might be another season pass then too. Who knows?

Although, there's not much content for casual play in Tekken 7 (Season Pass doesn't really add to that either) unless you just wanna play online...

+1
Although if you like self improvement you can spend months playing solo and still having alot to discover.

Personally, I like self improvement but I don't like just sitting in Practice Mode all the time (it's also a bit of a hassle to navigate from online to the practice mode and then back online. It takes way too much time T_T). In previous Tekken games, I liked to try out the other modes for variety to test my mettle but there's not the same variety in T7. The CPU was much harder too. Someone dropped the T7 CPU on its head lol

I know tekken since the second installment on the psx. Then I spent months discovering and learning combos and tricks on Tekken 3, mainly with Lei and Boskonowitch. All in single player of course, since it's all there was years ago. I even participated to some local tournaments in my city, nothing big anyway. Now I have a job, a "life" and my gaming backlog is HUGE. So I don't have much time to aim for perfection like I used to, so the online multiplayer wouldn't be fun vs ppl who play all day and are obviously better than me.
Still the memories of Tekken 3 and my main Lei are strong and the franchise still appeals a lot to me. I'll probably end up buying it and playing arcade single player at easy difficulty on weekends, like a "casual".
