Paysafecard Error - I can't pay with paysafecards

I do the normal stuff until the window opens to enter the code of my PSC.
However, I can't get to this website.
I'm being sent to a website that only displays 2 blue paysafecard.com links.
But if I mark the text of the website it will be shown to me. (http://prntscr.com/l45zx8)
It comes:

Dear customer, unfortunately there is a technical problem processing your request. Please try again later on, in case the problem occurs again, pls. contact our support team and provide the support id displayed. Contact details for your country are available at www.paysafecard.com.

Lieber Kunde, leider ist es zu einem technischen Problem bei der Verarbeitung gekommen. Bitte versuche es in einiger Zeit noch einmal, sollte sich das Problem wiederholen, notiere bitte die angezeigte Support ID und kontaktiere unser Service-Team, die Kontaktdaten für dein Land findest du auf unserer Homepage unter www.paysafecard.com.

I've googled the text too, but I only find one Steam Thread with the same topic as 2014 (https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/624074858783696922/) . This thread doesn't help me and I've already written an email to paysafecard.
I immediately got an automated mail saying that the paysafecard service team wants to take care of my request as soon as possible, but I haven't received an answer for 3 days now.

There should be a number on your PCS ticket, or try to live chat with them. Other than that i don't really know...
I'm having trouble my self trying to redeem my PSC because there is not an option for 20 €. I know its dumb but i actually don't know what to do.

I don't know if it works, but you can try.
Oh yes and it's in German but you can understand that without knowing what the author says and you can activate the automatic English subtitles of YouTube if not.

I have now tried to make the payment while using a VPN.
First of all everything worked normally and I ended up on the Paysafecard website. But after I wanted to pay there was a red code on the website telling me that I can't pay while using a VPN.
Too bad ;-;

I just changed my IP address which made it work.
What a strange error.
