Purchased game not showing up in library

I just purchased warhammer and its dlc. But the game is not showing up in my games library after payment. Have tried restarting my computer and re-signing in to steam multiple times but it doesn't seem to help. Can anyone help me with this?

the status is showing as purchased and the amount has been paid for from what i see on my card.

i have also received the email confirmation receipt for the purchase of the game, weird that its not showing up

When you hover over the library option on steam, make sure you are not going to the "installed" option

i have the option under "Games" which is showing of my current purchased games (both uninstalled and installed). I have also tried searching for the game on the store list, it directs me to add the game to cart instead of showing "play now" usually when the game is purchased.

Your account is private so I can't see if it shows or not.

And you said it shows as purchased in the link snapjack posted? Did you accidentally gift it to someone?

yes it shows as purchase in that link.

Dun think i gifted it to anyone as i was purchasing it for myself

How big is your library? Have you combed through it? Sometimes games don't go in the alphabetical order you would expect

i only have 50 games, but i have used the search button too to try and locate it but its not there, have also submitted a ticket to steam support hope they can help asap

yes sadly, just purchased it as i wanted to play it but looks like its gonna take some time for the issue to be resolved, thanks for ur help anw. much appreciated

What payment method did you use? Credit, PayPal, steam wallet?

So, you don't own the base game...?

You most likely clicked on the bottom button "Add to cart" rather than the top AND the bottom buttons which is what you were supposed to do.

turns out i did not purchased the base game, i had earlier thought that the dlc was bundled w the base game --> therefore not showing up in my library ==
