No audio tab on Steam settings

I can't seem to find the Audio tab in the settings after the new update.
Its just gone, and I just got a soundboard and want to test it out, but since I can't find the Audio tab I can't use it.

Any help would be.. well... helpful.

Count your blessings that is your only issue. Steam's voice chat dosn't work for me at all anymore!!!!!

Anyways, here is how you get to the settings. They changed the location.
-Open your friend tab (tall skinny window with all your friends)
-Hit the cog wheel in the upper right
-At the bottom is voice settings
