I moved states (United States) for a few days and I'm about to use a new pc.
Will this hurt my account in any way? I still have my mobile authenticator and my email I just don't want steam to think I've been hacked or try to lock my account.

You will get the normal Steam Guard email about a new device trying to log in to the account. Even if you some how lock the account (you have to manually do that), you can just as easily unlock it.

Your store region is set based on the location of your first Steam purchase. No issues there.
