I'm in trouble for bo3 CD key.
I bought a bo3 by [G_2_A]twice.
First CD key is for Latam. I could register it, but I couldn't download it.
So I bought a bo3.That is for global. I've register it in a state of first bo3 is in steam library.
As a result I can't download it.
Should I give up?
Or Is there any way?

It is already in my steam library, but I can't install that because maybe it is duplicated.
So can I remove game before installing from library?

Ok so you bought bo3 from a dodgy reseller but it was for Latin America. So you bought another one and tried to activate that too?

1.where are you from
2.what happened when you tried to activate the first key.
3. What happened when you tried to activate the second key?

1) It will NOT appear in your library if the key has not been registered on your account.

2) Once added, it will then appear in your library.
