You don't need a key to install Windows.

Ubuntu is free, and yes CSGO runs just fine on it.

Just save up some cash and buy used pc parts. For 300 usd you would be able to get a medium-low end pc, which would run cs go pretty good.

You can buy tons of cheap pre-build office PCs online. For around 150 euro you can buy a 2/3th generation i5 and 8gb of RAM. This should already be enough to play CSGO at the lower settings, and if you want better performance you can drop in a GPU.

For example here is one sold locally to me:
https://www.dealstunter.nl/Dell%20Optiplex%207010/dell-optiplex-7010-sff-core-i5,-8gb,-128gb-ssd-win
This thing even has an SSD in it.

Well i buy my used parts from ebay. You could get a used gtx 750 ti for around 60 eur and for cpu you shoud look for a used low end i5(~50-70 eur)
If you are planing to only play cs go than 4 gb will be enough. When i switched from 4 gb to 8 gb i didnt see any difference.

First of all I want to say thanks for the support. Secondly is this a trusted way to get a PC or is it a risk?

I don't want risking losing money though. You see, I live in Greece so It's hard to get money.

Well i bought 2 gpus and they both worked just fine. A Gtx 560 and a gtx 760. Haven’t had a single problem with them. Tho I recommend you dont buy from chinese sellers, since most of those pc parts will be fake.

Plus if you are afraid of getting a product that doesn’t work , i would recommend you buy from sellers that do refunds.
