Solution to slow Steam downloads if you have Alienware with Killer Wireless Control Center

Hi guys, just thought I'd share this because I stumbled across this solution by accident after many hours of searching for a solution to slow Steam downloads. If you have the Killer Wireless Control Center then if you open this (should be on hidden taskbar icons) and go on overview then change the priority of Steam Bootstrapper to 1 you suddenly get a massive leap in download speed (I went from about 700kbps to 7mbps!) Suddenly GTA5 is going to take a few hours instead of days.

Just thought I'd share in case this helps anyone else in a similar position!

Better yet, remove killer network manager

This has been known for years to conflict with all sorts of software
