Lol jk, but really try reinstalling I think the game is trying to get past something, perhaps a firewall that is stopping it from launching? Have you tried going to the location of the file that the game is blocking? If it doesn't seem important after opening it and seeing what else is in there it might just be a bug and you could just uninstall that but it can get a little sketchy when you start uninstalling things that BattleEye doesn't want.

I had a similar problem with Unturned's BattleEye and I just had some exceptions made for the game in my firewall settings that seemed to help.

Its the dsound.dll, related to direct sound, related to your game so ye reinstall the service for battleye.
