Cashterminal
So I added a money in steam by cash terminal and I checked my account and I found out that I don't received any money and if you ask how much money I put 3lv

nothing that can be done on the steam forums
you need to contact support for the cash terminal, it is possible you put in the wrong account. They are the only ones that can assist you.
i just emailed them and they didnt even replay f them i had read that they only respond to broken cash terminal but if something hapens like this they say ask steam suport i hope to find someone with the same problem that he fixed so he can help me

Steam support will most likely be unable to assist you since they dont have access to the transaction records. They would only be able to see if there was a deposite to your account or not. If you wish to talk to steam support, you need to submit a ticket (Upper left corner of your screen, HELP, then select Steam Support from the drop down). Best of luck

you might want to look at other ways of adding funds to your account - steam wallet cards if possible.

updete i recived the money idk if something went wrong with the transction and it was delayed or steam suport helped

Sorry for asking but what name do I have to enter in the Cashterminal. The one that I use to log in or my nickname that is displayed when I am logged in.
You have to enter the nickname that you use to type in the steam menu when you log in for example I dont use my steam nickname that other people see (lil paf) I use the nickname that is above the password ehen you log in

Well. When I type the name I use to log in with it says: wrong username or something like that

i think you entered your name wrong it never happened to me or my friends
when you press the steam button in the upper left corner and select settings it should open a menu that say everything about your account at the top will be displayed your account name and you can check it maybe you typed something wrong
the other things can be. Maybe your steam profile needs steam guard or you didnt verified your email idk if this is the problem cos when i didnt had steam guard i was able to put money without any problem but idk if they changed their policy

I have steam guard and i checked and the name I entered was 100% correct. I have no idea what is wrong

CashTerminal is known for being extremely slow.
