can i run fallout 4
i have an amd 12 radeon r7 12 compute cores 8 GB of ram and i would like to know if i could run fallout 4

If you like gaming at below 20 fps, sure.

The game is playable on this setup. But you´re often getting below the 20 FPS mark. So in fact to test this game out it's ok but I wouldn´t recommend playing the whole story on this setup.


And these videos don't even show places like downtown boston, which even makes my gtx 970 slow down.

Not only your GTX 970. Even my 1080 falls to around 40-45 there.
That whole region is just terrible optimized.
