Mortal Kombat X download problem

I was just finished downloading Mortal Kombat X today on steam, however, after finally going through 35.8 Gb at 135 kb/s, the game just started to redownload, if I go to the downloads folder inside Steampps I can see that the game is there and fully downloaded, it does seem like a few files have been corrupted, but does it really need to download everything again?


I also have Mortal Kombat X files copied from a friend, when I tried to make Steam recognize them it did, but only for a few seconds, then it started to download everything from scratch. I have read that this is because I don't have the correct download manifest, only the files, if that's the case, can anyone send me the download manifest?
