I've lowered it to where there are no drops from high bass levels. But the bass is strong and the trebles are clear.
Im actually going to use yours, because it sounds way better.

Depending on music you listen you might wanna have multiple profiles and make it easy to toggle, but otherwise just do it once and you are done.
(the 7.1 button on the inline amp usually doesnt improve, so I prefer to leave it off)

EDIT: I have changed it because I noticed that the lower tones of the voice sounded a bit hollow and quiet. Also made a few more adjustments.
