[Fix] HyperX Cloud II annoying high treble and little low bass

Today, I found how to fix my Cloud II horrible boosted treble and very little bass problem.

1. Download and install Equalizer APO from
https://sourceforge.net/p/equalizerapo/

2. During installation, select HyperX Cloud II from the playback devices available and hit OK.

3. Open Equalizer APO Configuration Editor from the start menu.

4. Inside 'config.txt' window, delete the three default presets. (click the red minuses)

5. Click the green plus to add this preset: (Graphic equalizers > 15-band graphic equalizer)

6. Click the little notepad button and copy-paste this config:
GraphicEQ: 25 1.8; 40 1.4; 63 1.4; 100 0.6; 160 0; 250 -3; 400 -4.6; 630 -4.6; 1000 -4.6; 1600 -4.6; 2500 -4.2; 4000 -4.6; 6300 -5.8; 10000 -7.8; 16000 -9

7. Turn off this preset and turn it on again.

That's all, your headset should sound way better than how it came from the box.

I tried this preset GraphicEQ: 25 1.8; 40 1.4; 63 1.4; 100 0.6; 160 0; 250 -3; 400 -4.6; 630 -4.6; 1000 -4.6; 1600 -4.6; 2500 -4.2; 4000 -4.6; 6300 -5.8; 10000 -7.8; 16000 -9 Good preset but if you want more bass GraphicEQ: 25 13; 40 11.4; 63 7; 100 2.6; 160 -0.2; 250 -1.4; 400 1; 630 0.2; 1000 -2.2; 1600 -2.6; 2500 -0.6; 4000 1; 6300 -0.2; 10000 -1; 16000 -0.2 preset of WhiskeePete

It's really hard to find the best preset , Need little bass without a lot of treble. If we add more bass the result isn't good.

I've lowered it to where there are no drops from high bass levels. But the bass is strong and the trebles are clear.

No need at all :)
Depending on music you listen you might wanna have multiple profiles and make it easy to toggle, but otherwise just do it once and you are done.
(the 7.1 button on the inline amp usually doesnt improve, so I prefer to leave it off)

I altered it just a bit for upper clarity. GraphicEQ: 25 -6.03; 40 -2.1; 63 -0.7; 100 -9.19; 160 -13.99; 250 -14.41; 400 -15.3; 630 -16.41; 1000 -16.81; 1600 -17.1; 2500 -15.7; 4000 -14.41; 6300 -13.2; 10000 -12.7; 16000 -16.4

EDIT: I have changed it because I noticed that the lower tones of the voice sounded a bit hollow and quiet. Also made a few more adjustments.
