Is a profile pic depicting gore (blood, torn mouth) allowed?

Hey steam forums! First post here- I've been hearing that some accounts get into trouble for certain profile pics, and I was wondering if something would happen if I used the cover for the Anthrax album - Fistful Of Metal (I've used album cover pfps in the past, they aren't an issue, but copyrighted art by itself might be a problem). The pic can be just by googling "anthrax - fistful of metal" (it's drawn, not any irl gore) I'm afraid of linking it here just in case - is it safe to use it as a profile picture?

No gore isn't allowed and its pretty much safe to say that if you have to ask if something is allowed then it isn't.

They will randomly remove it, especially if some dirtbag complain about it. This is not about law or justice this is about moderating power.
