Paypal window not popping up.
I went to purchase a couple games and when I click on the yellow paypal icon the external window to login doesnt pop up.

What should I do to fix this?

Support is the only place that would be able to answer/resolve this issue.

Looks like there's been a spike in reports of paypal login being down. In which case Steam support will probably be able to do nothing to help until that's fixed anyway.
