bluetooth controller acting like keyboard/mouse..

ok so i've purchased a controller (it is a pro controller for a switch but not official) and it said it was PC compatible which is true, but i have this problem which i've been trying for hours to eliminate, and it is that the controller acts like a keyboard itself, when using it via bluetooth, it appears like it doesn't have any buttons but KEYS as buttons, this means, if i press the button a on my controller, my pc shows like i've pressed the key space, and so on with keys whenever i try to map the controller in any game or interface, as i said this is very frustrating because when i plug the controller with usb, my pc recognizes it like a real gamepad, and when i map it, it shows me that has indeed all the buttons working...


this is really frustrating and annoying not only because i can't seem to fix it, also because i cannot return the product :@

please any ideas will be appreciated
