Can't install Steam

Hello,

I've got a big problem considering the installation of steam.
No path I choose to install steam works, except if I choose to create an extra folder. Even then I will not get any further, because steam installs and after that, I am not able to open it. Instead, I get an error report about a wrong ASCII-path.
Can anyone help me?

Dude, cant you just open the folder and tell me if theres any non-Latin characters there? And if youve never heard of Latin, lets say non-English.

I also had this issue and solved it by renaming the folder my Steam folder was in to only latin characters, so basically
bálint 5 mappája ---> balint_5_mappaja

steam do not allow to have 2 steam lib on same harddisk letter , maybe its this what is wrong here. " depend on what this mean " except if I choose to create an extra folder.

you can change the path , but depend what or how your read the comment you made.
