New GPU Coil Whining

Hello, i have build a new pc two days ago,
the coil whine on the gpu was very loud at first then i replaced my corsair cx650m with the seasonic gold focus plus 650w, its way less but still very annoying when gaming without an headset are there any bios options i have to turn off or on? to help decrease the noise?
i really dont know here a list of things i tried

1. Put 2 pci-e cables instead of one
2. Overclock the Gpu
3. Underclock the Gpu
4. Overvolt / Undervolt < worked a little bit
5. tried both mobo slots
6. tried changing the psu cable directly in the wall instead of an extension cable
7. everything is up to date the motherboard/gpu drivers to
8. tried to burn in the gpu for 2 hours
9. change the fan speed of the gpu (Not tried the volt of the fan speeds idk where to change that)
10. tried x.m.p on/off and tried the cpu overclock on the mobo on/off
11. tried Vsync didnt do much since my monitor is 144hz and i dont want to play at 60 capped

I really hope someone can help me out i know steam isnt really for this sort of issues if you guys can link me a good forum where i can post this on please let me know

MSI z370 Gaming plus
MSI GTX 1080 Ti GAMING X 11G
i7 8700K 4.2 Ghz
16Gb ddr4 Corsair LPX
Seasonic gold focus plus 650W

Sounds be ridiculous, but all pascal high-end cards might have coil whine (FE incl.). Like a russian roulete. Thousand technical topics talking about this "problem". I bought same card one years ago, and got electric buzzing and whining noise (hearable in case closed, distance 1m) under gpu load, when fps beat 100+.

Tried rma'd card (very difficult process in Russia), got 2nd, changed psu to platinum 750w, but still hear this slightly whining sound and i'm out. Thinking, is a features in my hearing and i learnd to live with this before annoncing new volta gpu.

Downvolting gpu core in MSI afterburner curve to 0.9v 1800 mhz might be some help.

Thanks for your reply, yeah i have read sooo many pages on forums i couldnt fix it now im benching my gpu for a couple of hours with fans on 80% someone said it might help i think this is my last chance otherwise i have to live with it its not that bad but still annoying...

Coil whine is natural with cards. Only way to reduce how loud it is, by reducing the framerate and you already do not want to do that. Basically like said already, it is a gamble with how loud your card is going to be with coil whine. My card is over 5 years old and still coil whines to this day. Only thing you can do is put in casing fans louder than the coil whine or play with headphones so you do not hear it.

MSI Lighting Z and KFA2 HOF not have coil whine with a high probability, because 16 power phases in VRM zone and high grade mosfets etc. But... limited edition. This cards already Is not avaiable in my country. Who knows, maybe you can get this cards

That casing fans louder than coil is a pretty good option, yeah i dont want to play 60 fps while my monitor has 144hz support its not that loud anymore after i replaced the old psu but still there i tried everything the only thing i can think of is the BIOS but i dont know anything about that :P

I guess i cannot get it but, i will live with this one was just wonrdering if there was a solution to decrease the noise a little bit its not as loud as before with the old psu but still can hear it pretty darn annoying

Another solution is place your case in bottom of the your working table, or buying fractal design full-tower case (like i do it) with heavy side panels which decrased this horrible noise

I have the be quiet silent base 600 any more tips how i can make it less noisy i wish there was some kind of solution i couls put like foam or whatever against the plates it already has noise reduce plates but doesnt seem to work that good
