on buying this twice I did not receive the purchase either time I've tried to contact Bethesda Games with email and call witch none of them seem to work just send me to another page witch put right back at the beginning again? I have also used the community broads and nothing so I#m hoping that you are able to help!

sorry yeh its from fallout shelter and i have bought the strter pack for it and it has been 3 days and nothing has came through

What kind of payment were you using and have you checked with them whether they've gone through or are on hold or something?

the 1st transaction was made with PayPal and then i tried again via visa card and still got nothing. i have checked on their support website and everything on there seems to not help with anything.

Check the status of your transaction on the STEAM support website. Or on your STEAM account details page. Still, is that a DLC item or what exactly is it listed as?

it is listed as and in game item it is not a DLC and i will try that now

i have just checked on steam and all of the payments have gone through on steams end so that would mean it is something to do with the game?

When you are in the game, and you go to where you would open the lunchboxes and such, have you checked the redeem tab? Buying DLC in Fallout Shelter doesn't automaticly assign the purchases to the vault. You have to do that manually.
