Solution found for DX11 Could Not Switch Resolution fs=1 hz=0

If you are on Windows 7, and you are getting a DiectX error dialog when launching a game, it is because the game is trying to access features only found in DX11.1, and Windows 7 only supports DX11.0. To fix this problem, the only thing you need to do is install the Windows 7 Platform Update, which adds DX11.1 features to 11.0 Link with info is here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36805

Yeah this didn't work on the laptop
The update won't install despite it being Windows 7 :\

I think I found a way to solve the "this update is not applicable to your computer" problem
try to install directx11.0 on windows 7 before install this update:
