Trying to merge JK Skyrim patches to no avail

I have modded my Skyrim SE, and I need to merge a lot of plugins, since the I have more than 300 plugins. I am trying to Merge the following pacthes with "ModMerge" standalone (https://www.nexusmod...yrim/mods/69905):

JKs Skyrim_Dawn of Skyrim_Patch.esp
JKs Whiterun exterior.esp
WRV - JKs Whiterun Exterior Patch
WRV - JK's Skyrim Patch.esp
JKs Skyrim_GonkishVampDen_Patch.esp
JKs Skyrim_BOYD_Patch.esp
JKs Skyrim_Cutting Room Floor_Patch.esp
JKs Skyrim_Dawnstar_Patch.esp
JKs Skyrim_Dragon Bridge_Patch.esp
JKs Skyrim_Ivarstead_Patch.esp
JKs Skyrim_Rorikstead_Patch.esp
JKs Skyrim_Storefront_Patch.esp
JKs Skyrim_Holidays_Patch.esp
JKs Skyrim_Better Docks_Patch.esp
JKS_DoS_Holidays_Patch.esp

I have added created a merge and added all plugins to it. I also cleaned the few errors that were present. But when I try to do the merge it's impossible. I get this message when I try "There aren't any merges to build or rebuild". What can I do? Have anyone else tried to merge JK Skyrim patches? Is it possible?
