There is no launcher to this game.
I can't even afford a better internet connexion, do you really think I have enough money to buy a computer ?
1. open Steam and go to library > Flatout 2 > manage > browse local files
2. find a folder named "Savegame"
3. delete the following files: device.cfg and options.cfg
4. launch the game on Steam, and the first-launch configuration window will show up.
Note: do not delete any of the other files if you don't want to lose your game progress! Just to be safe, copy the Savegame folder before deleting the files inside it. Hope this helps, it worked for me. Also screw that guy telling you to get a better PC lol
