As high as you want it to go - there is no upper limit for sales badges.
because i got my dads credit card ready
Make sure you've got permission to max out use it. If he flips out at how much you've spent on cards and does a chargeback then you're heading for an account lock.
New planets arrive when old ones are completed - they're nothing to do with badge progress.
The badge and planets are not dependent on each other. They just both happen to be part of the sale. The planets are just another way to earn 3 cards per day as is the discovery queue but you can level the badge up infinitely through trading or buying the cards and such as well.
There wont always be a new planet when you craft the badge since new planets rely on the old ones being conquered which happened through people playing on them and takes a long time and has no relation to badge creations minus the fact it can drop 3 cards per day.
There is a limit to the planets but those are independent of the badge. The only crossover is the planets are a way to earn 3 cards max each day and there are other ways to earn cards even without planets.
Minus the planets cards are created 3 times a day viewing discovery queues, spending $10 on a sale, crafting any badge and can be gained also through trading or the market.
