Steam is Automatically lowering my Volume

I've set Windows to "Do Nothing" under Ctrl Panel > Sounds > Comms
I've set Skype to "Do Nothing" during a call
I've set my Device to prevent Applications from taking exclusive control

Steam is lowering my master volume when screenshots are taken in game
Seen a few threads about this but nobody had a conclusive solution, any ideas?

I'm still having the same issue, tried everything like you mentioned above.

Plenty of app have saturationor noise cancelations or can adjust automatic volume.

steam has it in the Friend & chat.

click advance turn it to high and eco off seem to reduce my laptop mic go into own laptop speaker.

all this dont matter if laptop inbuild is to high or to close to each other ( require headset for best sound )
