Low Ping, High FPS but lag on all multiplayer games

Hello there,
Recently, i started to have HUGE lags in games, for example internet connection and packet loss problems in Rocket League and huge lags in other games.
While i play i have low ping (goes around 60-80) and high FPS (60), could somebody help me please?

Here is my computer spec:

Processor: Interl(R) Core(TM) i5-4690k
Ram: 8.00 GB
GPU: GTX 960
PSU: 500W

Extra information: i'm using a cable and my net speed is pretty high and i'm able to download software/games easily without any troubles!

Try restarting your computer. If that doesn't help, Try shutting off your router for 30 seconds and then power it on again.

And check if the connection of the internet cable isn't loose, or broken.

try moving from our ♥♥♥♥♥♥ neightborhood and find a place with a good infrastructure and a more powerful internet connection or buy a new computer because you burned its processor with MTA :/
