well this doesnt really help cuz the password is changed the e-mail is chaged and he activated a steam gurad
and what u sent me is telling me to open a support ticket but i cant we where can i do that

i cant see a place to open a ticket on that site its only telling me what i shuda done and a reset password button but i cant reset the password cuz the e-mail was changed and he added a steam gurad whit his phone nuber so i cant reset it to a place where i have acces to the recovery code thats why im looking to open a support ticket or contact an ofical steam staff but i cant find the rigth place

i dont get what aru u saying.if i follow the first row the "I forgot the Steam account name/password)" i cant reset and i tryed falling itat the end but it just redirects me to the beggining and if i follow the 2.nd row its just redirects me to the first row recovery.

If I fail its tellig me "This account recovery session has expired. Please select 'Find Account' and start again"
And I tryd the account name "thenumber1"and "1"but it's doing the same
