Movie studios execs are morons.
Don't get me wrong they know theres money available from fans that want it but don't have it available its why those sites available exist in a grey limbo area as long as they respect the legal status and remove anything they are asked to the rest is allowed to stay to build an audience that even if they can't directly support the streamed archives or live shows will tend to pick up physical DVDs or merchandise.
Licensing rights are a thing and bypassing the restrictions can lead to an account deletion.
Do not suggest such things on Steam.
