Well, I'll echo the date and time with that your timezone is correct too? You've tried to launch Windows Time under services.msc and executing the w32tm /resync command in an elevated cmd prompt too?

Is your Windows up-to-date?

Hold down [Windows] and [R] -keys
Type in
services.msc
Press [Enter]

Set the list in alphabetical order by pressing [Name] on the top columns.
Navigate to [Windows Time]
Right mouse click -> [Start]

Press the [Windows] -button.
In search, type in cmd
Right mouse click cmd.exe -> [Run as administrator]

Type in
w32tm /resync
Press [Enter]

Do you get that SSL issue only on Steam, or elsewhere too?

If the former, have you tried nuking Steam's browser cache just for the heck of it?
[Steam > Settings > Web Browser > Delete Web Browser Cache]

Yeah i'm only getting the message on steam, and yes i have tried clearing web browser cache and download cache.
Best Droid Jul 22, 2018 @ 10:16am
tho nothing happened when i tried clearing web browser cache but i had to restart when i tried clearing download cache which i found weird, thought i should mention it.

Well, there's really nothing to lose by doing this:
Top left: [Steam > Exit]

Go to where you installed Steam. By default that is,
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam

Remove everything except
  • Steam.exe
  • steamapps -folder
  • userdata -folder

Hold down [Windows] and [R] -keys
%localappdata%
Press [Enter]

Remove the folder called Steam.
Restart Steam.

Seems I've gotten rid of steam it self do i have to reinstall? cause it shows a message saying that this app doesnt exist and i should delete the shortcut.
Best Droid Jul 22, 2018 @ 10:23am
and when opening steam apps it shows that this app doesn't exist.
Tev Jul 22, 2018 @ 10:24am
I suppose you removed the Steam.exe despite me telling you not to.

As long as you didn't remove your steamapps folder, that's more or less fine.

Download and install Steam to some temporary location, place the Steam.exe in the Steam folder you removed it from, and remove the temporary installation.
