Astrill VPN - Incompatible ASPproxy.dll

Hi All,

I'm living in China and a lot of things are blocked including steamcommunity.com, thus it is necessary to use a VPN with Steam. I looked around and the only thing I could find on this topic was a thread from a year ago where you guys said using a VPN was against TOS....

Is this still true? Even though Steam is partially blocked in China and has been for 6+ months? I'm surprised because I've always used my own VPN network until it was taken down yesterday evening which is when I switched to Astrill and got this error.

Using my own network I could actually play games like PUBG and CSGO with no lag on Asian servers, without one it was far too laggy and disconnected too often.... my network is now down, but I can't seem to get it working with Astrill?
