Bought a code on Amazon - Not valid
I purchased a code on Amazon for the Hello Neighbor game. The confirmation email from Amazon tells me to go to Steam and load the code, etc. When I do that, it says the product code you have entered is not valid. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Amazon says to check with Steam but you can't talk to anyone.

Amazon support should deal with this and give you a new key. I have my reasons why I know this.

"Not Valid" usually means its not a Steam code. Are you sure you entered it correctly and looked out for common mistakes like confusing 0 and O, 5 and S , lower case L and upper case i and so on.

Did you g o here to register the key. I've seen some people try to register game keys using the Steam Wallet URL by accident
