Help!I can't play my 3D games.
I bought a new PC,(a "gaming" one) and for some reason I can neither play 3d games nor start Heaven Benchmark. The only thing that works is RPG maker VX Ace and my copy of Yume Nikki. When I try to run Heaven Benchmark on DirectX9 it says something about a multisample. Can someone help me?

Without the specs of your system nobody here can help you. We are not psychic.
Go into your Steam client, choose "HELP" at the top and there "SYSTEM INFORMATION".
Right click the results "Copy all text to clipboard" and then post it here.
After that we can start searching for resolutions.

Try updating your graphic card drivers - this often fixes issues where games or other applications don't launch.

Intel Graphics HD is all but a gaming GPU. Assuming you dont lie and is a gaming machine, shut down, unplug the monitor from the mainboard, plug it into the graphics card and boot. Then youll be aboe to play.

Yeah,it is a gaming laptop.How can I do that on a laptop?

You have both a integrated Intel HD 630 and a dedicated GTX 1050.
Its possible that your games try to use the Intel HD instead of the much stronger GTX 1050.
You could try and go into the power saving settings of your system and set it to " high performance". Usually the dedicated graphic card gets used automatically that way.

You can also try and set it to default graphic solution in the Laptop Bios.

You could also try to download the newest Nvidea Drivers for your GTX 1050.

Thanks! I'll try that

Open the Nvidia contrl panel and create profiles for your games there.
