Because some people thought it would be funny to scam Valve, they had to introduce some restrictions to combat fraud.

Intentionally. You are not supposed to shortcut Valve out of their profits by contacting the seller directly.
Additionally, the seller may not want you contacting him/her.

I think im not going to buy in steam market anymore, i know they dont care about me but this is just disgusting way of dealing with problems like scammers.

It's really just a minor inconvenience. As was said, it is a necessary evil and once your payment methods and mobile authentication are active, the whole process will be streamlined.

Exhibit some patience, ffs. Jump through their hoops and all will be good again.
