Can you move Xbox one fallout 4 data over to pc????

I was going to get fallout 4 for my pc, but I would like to move my save from my xbox to my pc. I played on the xbox one because my pc wasn't nearly as good as it is now when the game released. Is there any way to do that?

Also is it worth $20 more to get the game of the year edition

Short answer: No, not in any official way or unofficial way.

Long answer: I think some hacky people managed to do this on xbox 360s with fallout 3 and new vegas but I think xbox one has no way to move saves from an xbox using anything other than the internet to another xbox so that makes hard to even get the files on a PC.

If you own any other xbox game that uses "play anywhere" on the xbox one like gears of war 4 you might be able to do this but fallout 4 isn't one of those.

Yeah if you like fallout4 it's the best package..but i'd wait for a sale.
