Plague inc- Free or NOT?

In the comets of this discussion, please explain something to me... Why is it that on the Apple Store and Google Play, Plague Inc is FREE, but on Steam, it cost a full 15 $! SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN

ask the game developer, they are the ones that set the prices

Because teh PC version contains everything that you get with IAP plus workshop plus a ton of otehr things

Plague Inc. as a mobile app is not free. It's a glorified demo. If you want to play more than the first disease, you have to pay to unlock the rest. Which is about equal the price you pay for the game on Steam and get extra stuff like no advertisement and workshop mods.
