How do I make a Steam group?

I have many friends and they have made groups, but I don't know how to do it. I want to make a group on Steam for players that can get enraged by games sometimes and that they can tell their stories (if they want to) and that everyone could share tips on how to relax and get out of rage before their rage makes them try to break their belongings. I guess it'd be kinda like a therapy group, but still I'd like to know how if it's possible.

At the top of the page there is a link with your name on. Move the mouse over that and in the drop down list select groups.

After that it's real easy to find.

Thank you :D I did what you said and I found the "Creat a new group" button.
