Rust "cooking" my PC and killing my internet quite good. Any solutions?
So, this is my PC's status while in-game Rust;

I am mostly worried about the GPU. The game, while playing it, runs very smooth, it cannot get any better I am completely happy with the game performance. However, I have a feeling my PC is taking a big hit by it. GPU, already upon connecting to any random server full or empty, gets moderately loud and hot. Yesterday I literally burned my fingers when I went to grab my PC at the area of it's cover where GPU is. I have been reading that >81 and <85 degrees is not that dangerous for the card but I have my doubts. It frightens me when I am listening to the sound of my GPU that sounds like it is ready to start a hellfire. I'm only waiting for my PC to explode in my face (my PC is literally on a table right of the keyboard, desktop and mouse and my head lol). Is there anything I can do to reduce the temp. (I clean it regularly lel dont worry), like, idk, in-game and/or on the card itself?

Also, Rust tends to mess with my internet connection. Example;
At the same time, on the same PC, I can play Rust just fine - no crashing, no lag, no stutters, no connection problems to the server. However, I cannot browse google or anyone in the house for that matter cannot open browsers 3/4 of the time. This is a router problem I know, but anyone with any ideas how to fix it? I bet it's a NAT problem, is it?...

Edit: I am not a computer genious or any type of a genious for that matter so sorry if I sound stupid..... x3 also I did not know where else to ask such silly question.

83C is within specs. It is a little hot however. Your GPU is not going to blow up. I like to keep my temps under 70C . What brand of GPU do you have.

83°C for GPU = The GPU already is thermal throtteling. You might want to undust your GPU or better yet the entire PC.

Internet problems are not related to the PC just the internet usage of everythign and your bandwidth.

They do not throttle at that low of temp. Maxwell based GPUs like the GTX 970 are rated up to 98C. The throttle point is 90C. Not advisable to run it that hot though.

the GPU clocks at 84°C and you can even clearly see that thermal throttelign on the clockrate. For a GTX 970 the clockrate at 100% usage should be around 1,400MHz-1,500MHz and he reaches not even 1,100MHz with 95% usage... you cant argue about that. His GPU clocks are keepign way behind what they could actually deliver (because its thermal throtteling).

How old is your PC? Or specifically your vid card. As others have said. DUsting may be neccessary but at the same time...your gpu's fan may be slowing down. It happens over time..

If I recall it correctly, I bought GPU on summer 2016. CPU and everything else is around 1 year older because that all was built in at the same time.
